A job description that asks why
Most job descriptions only say what the job is. Yours gets candidates to show why they fit: they mark the lines they're strong in and the ones that excite them, and can add a short note.
For hiring teams
Candidates don't just read your job description. They mark the lines they're strong in and excited about, then answer a few quick questions. You get real signal from the very first step and spend your time on the right people.

What you'll do
Why Jade
Jade handles the job description and the first application, and does them well. When someone's a fit, take them into the process you already use.
Most job descriptions only say what the job is. Yours gets candidates to show why they fit: they mark the lines they're strong in and the ones that excite them, and can add a short note.
Every applicant arrives as one short intro: marked lines, answers with transcripts, and a resume summary. Skim, advance or decline, and follow up by email, all in one queue.
Your team goes first with a short intro video. Pay, location and start date sit up top. Applying takes about five minutes on any phone, and nobody writes a cover letter.
How it works
Start from the job description you already have. Jade turns it into a posting candidates respond to, line by line.
Paste the text or a link to your careers page. Jade reads the job facts and splits the description into lines you can edit.
Say hello on video and pick 1 to 3 questions from the starter library. Your team goes first, so applicants know who they're talking to.
Post the link or QR code anywhere. Public jobs show up in Google for Jobs with pay, location and start date.
See which lines each person marked, their answers with transcripts, and a resume summary. Advance or decline, and follow up by email.
For applicants
A good first step matters to candidates too. Applying takes about five minutes, from your phone or your laptop, with no minimum length and no trick questions.
Tap any line of the job description and mark it Strong fit, Excites me, or both. Add a short note if you like.
Before you record anything, watch a short intro from the people you'd work with.
Answer 1 to 3 short questions. Video and text are an equal choice, and you can re-record before you send.
Delete any of your videos at any time. Withdrawing an application deletes your videos, answers and notes.
